Our quality process
Four checks before shipment
At the farm
We select produce from our own fields and audited partner growers. Harvest windows are planned around your shipping date.
Sorting & grading
Size, colour and ripeness are graded by hand. Damaged or undersized produce is removed before packing.
Lab testing
Independent labs test for pesticide residues and contaminants against EU maximum residue levels.
Export documents
Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and lab reports travel with every shipment.
