2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated) on cloud infrastructure. When you visit, technical data such as IP address, date and time, page visited and browser type is processed briefly to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
3. Inquiry form
When you send an inquiry we store company name, contact person, country, email, phone, product, quantity, destination port and your message to answer your request and prepare a quote (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The data is stored in our database, which only we can read. We delete it when it is no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply.
4. AI quote assistant
If you use the quote assistant, the text you type is sent to an AI service (via Lovable AI, using models from Google or OpenAI) to draft your quote request. Please do not enter sensitive personal data. The text is not stored on our website (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR).
5. Email and WhatsApp
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process your data to answer you. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta; data may be transferred to the USA. Clicking the WhatsApp button only opens WhatsApp — no data is sent before you click.
6. Cookies and fonts
We only use technically necessary local storage to remember your cookie choice. We do not use tracking or analytics without your consent. Fonts are hosted on our own server; no connection to Google is made.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
8. Changes
We update this policy when our website or the law changes. Last updated: October 2026.
